9 September 2020 12:00-12:45DIGITAL EVENT

Member or non-member, male, female, or other, grab your plates and join us in our digital lunch talk with Fempack about resource-efficient e-commerce packaging already on September 9.

E-commerce is not a challenge of the future. Packaging plays a crucial role in it when considering consumers’ expectations, product safety, performance, legal requirements, and a quest for efficiency - these complex business challenges need to be addressed now. In a constantly evolving scenario, research and innovation are spread along the supply chain to provide new solutions for businesses to save resources and reduce costs, while assuring the packaging suitability for delivering goods to consumers.

Lisa Strömros, laboratory engineer at RISE, is going to give us an overview of the on-going demands on e-commerce packaging according to one of the world's leading online retailers. You will also hear about the testing solutions available for the companies already now. Lina Andreasson, innovation and insight manager at Smurfit Kappa Sverige & Norge, will highlight some common challenges within eCommerce that companies are facing today and illustrate it with hands-on examples of possible solutions.

As usual, we invite you to draw inspiration and participate actively in the questions and comments part of this digital event! We are looking forward to connecting with you all for insights, networking, and fun!
